Stable non corrosive, detachable stand. Holds 28 pipettes having maximum dia14 mm. The base has 225 mm dia with a polythene coated square rod having length 375 mm screwed into the base. Two indepndently adjustable discs having 1765 mm dia are provided. Small pilot holes in the bottam discs provide a rest for the pipette tips and drainage of liquids from the Pipette to the baser of the stand. The base has a rim and acts as a drip tray. Arrow marks provided on the disc should be parallel, when fixing to ensure that the corresponding holders are centered.

This unit a capacity of washing device. Especially recommended for serological, becteriological or clinical laboratories. It operates on a siphonic principle to send a siphonic principle to send a continuous flow of water over and through the pipettes. At a most normal pressure the water is completely changed in cycle of about one minute. Even at reduced pressure this washer operates efficiently. It consists of a brass washing cylinder 22" heightx6' in diameter mounted on base 10' in diameter and a removable pipettes holder which is of 5½" diameter.The holder is completely made of brass nickel plated with a heavy mesh bottom. The cylinder has a permanent drain if desired. This unit will accomodate pipettes upto 375 mm in length.
