The FWD Gas Engine Cut-Away with Overhead Camshaft is an operational engine mounted on a stand with wheels. This trainer contains cut-away sections that are color-coded to demonstrate the flow of oil, fuel, water, air, and exhaust gas throughout the engine and gearbox. The color coding is based on international standards.

Gas Engine 4 stroke, 1108cc
4 Cylinders in line with overhead Camshaft, 2 Valves per cylinder
Timing System, working with toothed belt.
Electronic Ignition with 4 spark plugs.
Single carburetor and air filter.
Mechanical fuel pump
Complete cooling system: water pump, radiator, electric fan, etc.
Alternator and starter motor.
Lubrication system with mechanical oil pump and filter.
