The international standard for environmental management: how a manufacturer controls waste, energy use and environmental impact across production.
CE marking confirms that our equipment meets the applicable European Union requirements for safety, health and environmental protection.
Many countries require regulated goods to pass a conformity assessment before they are shipped. Here is what the main schemes in our export markets ask for, and what we provide to get your consignment approved.
Regulated goods need a Product Certificate (PC) and a SONCAP Certificate (SC) for every shipment, issued before dispatch through firms accredited by the Standards Organisation of Nigeria. The route SON applies depends partly on the certifications a manufacturer already holds.
What we provideOur ISO 9001 certificate, product specifications and test documentation for the PC application, and access to our Ambala facility for pre-shipment inspection.
Regulated imports need a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) before shipment, and India falls in PVoC Zone 2. Manufacturers with a proven quality system can apply for Route C product licensing, valid for up to three years.
What we provideISO 9001 certification to support a Route C application, plus technical files and factory access for the inspection body.
Regulated products need a Certificate of Conformity from a TBS-authorised contractor. Consignments arriving without one face a penalty of 15% of CIF value, and a CoC is valid for three months.
What we provideDocumentation and inspection scheduled around your shipment date, so the CoC is issued before dispatch.
Regulated goods need a Certificate of Conformity from a UNBS-authorised body, issued after document review and, where applicable, testing, inspection and container sealing.
What we provideComplete technical documentation and factory inspection access for the authorised body.
Products covered by a SASO technical regulation need a Product Certificate and a Shipment Certificate for each consignment, issued through the SABER platform. Non-regulated products need a self-declaration and a Shipment Certificate. Your importer registers the products on SABER.
What we provideProduct data, test reports and certificates for your importer’s SABER registration.
Electrical equipment sold in the EU must carry CE marking, backed by a declaration of conformity and a technical file held by the manufacturer.
What we provideCE-certified equipment, with our certificate available to download above.
Requirements depend on each product’s HS code and change from time to time; this summary was last reviewed in September 2026. Confirm the current rules with your importer or the inspection agency before shipment, and ask us for the documents your consignment needs.
Africa is one of our largest export markets. We supply complete school science laboratories, TVET workshops and engineering training equipment to ministries of education, school boards, universities and donor-funded projects in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, South Africa, Egypt, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Cameroon and Botswana. Every kit is matched to the syllabus it serves, whether WAEC and NECO practicals in Nigeria and Ghana, KCSE in Kenya, ZIMSEC in Zimbabwe or the national curriculum of each other market, so teachers receive apparatus for the experiments their students are actually examined on. We prepare the documents for pre-shipment conformity schemes, including SONCAP for Nigeria and PVoC for Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, and ship export-packed consignments to Lagos, Tema, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Durban, Alexandria, Maputo and Douala, with shipments for landlocked countries such as Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Botswana routed through the nearest port.
In South America we supply laboratory and technical-training equipment to universities, secondary schools, technical institutes and government education projects in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela. Our range covers engineering trainers, material-testing machines, physics and chemistry apparatus and vocational workshop equipment, manufactured to international specifications and quoted line by line against the tender’s own bill of quantities. Consignments are export-packed for long ocean transit and shipped to the region’s main ports, including Santos, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Callao, San Antonio, Cartagena, Guayaquil, Georgetown and Paramaribo, with Bolivia served through Arica in Chile and Paraguay through the Paraná river ports. In Guyana, where secondary schools follow the Caribbean CSEC syllabus, we match apparatus to the practical requirements of that examination.
