Product Description

Pilot plant coupling Soxhlet solid-liquid extraction with batch distillation. A cartridge holds the solid charged with the solute to be recovered; the column generates solvent vapour, which condenses and feeds the cartridge hot and pure. Once the cartridge fills, the solvent and dissolved solute siphon away automatically and return to the boiler, where the solvent is boiled again. Leaching can instead be run by feeding solvent continuously or by draining by hand, and a single pass can be used for infusion with the extract drained manually.
