Product Description

Self-contained, floor mounted pilot unit for solvent extraction followed by desolventising, letting a class run a small version of the industrial process on batches of 25 kg. Extraction and desolventising share a single vessel, and the miscella tank, tops condenser and solvent/water recovery tank complete the circuit. Construction is flameproof throughout, and a wide range of solid-liquid extractions can be processed with low disposal rates.

The Batch Solvent Extraction and Desolventising Unit is built at our works in Ambala Cantt and supplied to chemical engineering laboratories worldwide, as a single unit or in quantity against a tender schedule. It is listed with the rest of our Chemical Engineering Lab Equipments.

Volume 100 litres; batch capacity 25 kg at a density of 560 kg/m3

Solvent: gear type, flameproof a.c. motor, flow range 0 to 8 lpm with by-pass flow control
